before ordering in order to receive your discounted pricing.
Shipping
Every order is hand made to your specifications here in our Key Biscayne Studio.
Orders ship within 7 days of receipt of payment, providing no unforeseen supplier based delays.
Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We ship to U.S. addresses only and shipping
is a flat rate of $7.00. Free shipping is offered on orders over $500.00.
We pack our orders well, thus breakage usually is not an issue.
However, if you do receive a damaged shipment please contact us as well as the carrier immediately.
Returns
We want our clients to enjoy using our jewelry as much as we enjoy creating them for you. If you
are not 100% satisfied with your order please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. Returns are
authorized on a case by case basis.
Sales Tax
Florida Residents: 7% state sales tax will be added to orders.
